The Peace Hub meets bimonthly (odd months) on the fourth Friday of that month from 12pm (Noon) - 2pm. Meeting locations rotate to partner organizations.

???What I think we can do here is bring together community organizations, social services, even the schools, to build a continuum of care that literally follows and supports a young person???and I am talking about even the hardest to reach youth???through young adulthood. I???m talking about going beyond what exists on a neighborhood or agency level, but about something that harnesses the full array of resources in Chicago and makes them available to youth and their families??? Something which has never been done on this level in the city.???
